Jim Rembach is Certified in Emotional Intelligence

Beyond Morale is pleased to announce that Jim Rembach has recently been certified as an EQi-2.0® Practitioner by Multi-Health Systems (MHS) and will be using the EQ-i 2.0® and EQ-360®as part of  the company’s methodologies to consult with clients on ways to exploit employee engagement as an accelerant to improve the customer experience.

The EQ-i 2.0® (developed by Reuven BarOn, Ph.D) has been used by over one million individuals worldwide making the EQ-i 2.0® the first scientifically developed and validated measure of emotional intelligence.

What is Emotional Intelligence?

A set of emotional and social skills that influence the way we perceive and express ourselves, develop and maintain social relationships, cope with challenges, and use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way.
